配置:
书芯输送带→前压上胶烘干主机→连接带→后压→出书带
book block infeeder→pre-press→gluing&heat;&drying; unit→link belt
→post press→output belt
主要功能：
1.前压：前压压力大，确保压紧书芯和排除书芯空隙间的空气，解决渗胶现象保证质量；
pre-press with big pressure,make sure tightly press the book block and squeeze out the air between the gap, avoid glue permeability, enable high quality;
2.上胶烘干主机:胶水均匀刷在书脊上，烘干速度快且效果好
gluing&heat;&drying; unit：glue brushed on the book spine uniformly,
heat&drying; quickly and good effect.
3后压:后书脊压分二次压紧,确保书芯不会错位和起槽，完美整形
post press：post-press for 2 times nipping,make sure the book block without dislocation and slots.to gain good appearance.
