1.feature and usage:
dake-135cupcoilingmachine is a kind of machine that is specially used forcurlingplastic cups.
the machine makestheplastic cups more beautiful practical and tasteful, it adds tothehardness of the edge of cups, revising the cup edge stab andthequid at the same time.
dake-135cupcoilingmachine is equipped with the imported touching board operatedish,controlled with plc and light-electricity, full automaticfeedingand rewinding device; it is very convenient and simple touse.
plastic cups thataresuitable for the machine already have the turn over side, theturnover side has some length, the thickness of the side mustbethinner than the edge of cups, and diameter of the edge of cupmustbelow135mm.
(1)           diameterof curling side :diameter50mm-diameter135mm;
(2)           thewidth of flat side must above2.5mm;
(3)           thicknessof turn over side had better be half of the flatside;
(4)           widthof turn over side must be more bigger than the width offlatside;
(5)           heightof overlapping cups must below or the same as6mm;
(6)           thethickness of turn over side of ps,pet can be larger.

3.adjustment of screw：
1、unfastenthewheels, adjust the coming and going location of the threescrews,but you must always keep rotate point of view of the threescrews,which makes sure that the plastic cups enter into  thesnailgroove at the same time;
2、whenchangeproducts, you only need to put the no turn over side plasticcupsin the middle of the outer side screw, adjust bolt of thescrews,let edge of cups touch the snail groove of three screws. letthethree running screws touch behind the edge of cups separately,thenmakes them stable；
3、fastenthewheels.
4.adjustmentoffeeding：
1、unfastenthefixed bolt between the conveyor and the chain rack, adjustthelocation of the conveyor, which makes sure that the whole lineofplastic cups on the chain rack could run smoothly totheconveyor;
2、locationofbaluster next to the conveyor, makes sure that the baluster isinthe middle of the cups(height), cups are in the baluster, theycanbe in the place no more than5mm;
3、adjust theboltat the bottom, which makes sure that the centre of cups atthedelivery and the centre of the curling box are at the sameline,the delivery conveyor and the curling box had better be at aleveldistance of10cm, makes sure that the whole line of cups is inthelocation of free bend to centre;
4、adjustthelocation of the light and electricity buttons, which makessurethat it could feel the evidence of cups efficiently
5.adjustmentofdelivery:
1、adjustthelocation of the v board of delivery;
2、adjust thelightand electricity button in order to decide the quantity ofcupsputting into the box;
3、adjustthethrottle of cylinder, makes sure that the two cylindersrunningslowly and smoothly.
